You must notify superlg7 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
superlg7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. superlg7 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
superlg7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. superlg7 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All transactions on the superlg7 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.
You must not use the superlg7 Platform to process transactions on behalf of third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. superlg7 reserves the right to reverse any transaction suspected of being made by or on behalf of a third party.

Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. superlg7 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. superlg7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In such cases, superlg7 may withhold any balance pending investigation.
You may close your superlg7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
